Gavriel Meron, President and Chief Executive Officer
 Gavriel D. Meron serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of novoGI™ (formerly NiTi Surgical Solutions Inc.). In addition, he is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of M.G.D. Management Service and Investments Ltd. which provides managerial services to health care and medical device companies. In 1998, Mr. Meron founded Given Imaging Ltd (GIVN) and served as President and Chief Executive Officer until 2006. Prior to Given Imaging, Gavriel Meron served as CEO of APPLitec Ltd from 1995–1997; Director and General Manager of Optibase Ltd (OBAS) from 1993-1995; Chief Financial Officer at InterPharm Laboratories Ltd. (IPLLF) from 1988–1993; VP Finance and Administration at Numax Electronics Inc from 1985-1987 and Corporate Budgets Manager at Tadiran Ltd. from 1983–1985. Mr. Meron holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Economics and Statistics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel.
Liat Shibolet, Corporate Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
 Liat Shibolet serves as Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of novoGI™ (formerly NiTi Surgical Solutions Inc). She brings with her over 20 years of experience in financial management positions. In addition, Ms Shibolet served as Chief Financial Officer of various multinational Venture Capital funds. Ms Shibolet holds both an MBA and a BA in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University in Israel. Liat Shibolet is a Certified Public Accountant.
Rebecca Chang, Corporate Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
 Rebecca Chang serves as Corporate Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of novoGI™ (formerly NiTi Surgical Solutions Inc). Ms Chang has over 25 years of experience in versatile executive and managerial positions in global operations management, information technology management, contract manufacturing management, purchasing and quality engineering at medical, food packaging, and defense companies. Prior to joining novoGI™, Ms Chang served as President of Allegrowise Inc, Chief Operating Officer of Spirocor Ltd, Corporate Vice President Global IT at Given Imaging Ltd. In addition, previous job experiences include Eastman Kodak, Health Imaging,Tetra Pak and Honeywell/Alliant Techsystems.Ms Chang holds an MBA from the University of St Thomas, Minnesota and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnestoa.
Shoshana Friedman, Corporate Vice President, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs and QA
 Shoshana (Shosh) Friedman, RAC, FRAPS, serves as Corporate Vice President for Clinical and Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance for novoGI™ (formerly NiTi Surgical Solutions Inc). Ms Friedman brings to the company over twenty years of experience as an executive and entrepreneur in the fields of Regulatory and Clinical Affairs. She has been honored by the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS), receiving the distinction of Fellow (FRAPS) as well as the Richard E. Greco Award marking her significant contributions. Prior to joining the novoGI™ team, Ms Friedman founded and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Push-Med LLC. In addition, she served as Senior Vice President for Regulatory and Medical Affairs for Given Imaging Ltd, Founder and Managing Director at Push-med Ltd. and was employed at InStent Ltd. Ms Friedman holds an MBA from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a BS in Mathematics and Physics from Haifa University in Israel. In addition, she is certified as both a QA Lead Assessor from Bywater, and for Regulatory Affairs (RAC) from RAPS.
Irit Machtey, Corporate Vice President, Human Resources
 Irit Machtey serves as Corporate Vice President of novoGI™ (formerly NiTi Surgical Solutions Inc). She brings to the company over 20 years of experience as an executive and a consultant in the field of Human Resources and Organization. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Machtey served in a variety of global companies including My Time, Radvision Ltd, Cellcom, Sapiens, National Semiconductors, and Teva Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Ms Machtey holds an advanced degree in Organizations Behavior from the Tel Aviv University and a BS in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University in Israel. In addition, Ms Machtey is certified by Maan as a Director for BOD studies.
Jean Paul Durand, Corporate Vice President, General Manager, Europe
 Jean Paul Durand serves as Corporate Vice President and General Manager for Europe of novoGI™ (formerly NiTi Surgical Solutions Inc). Mr Durand brings over 30 years of experience in both executive positions and in managing divisions and operations in the healthcare and medical arena. Prior to joining the novoGI™ team, Mr Durand served as Managing Director of both Given Imaging, SaS, and at Olympus Medical Systems France. Mr Durand holds a degree in Physics and Chemistry from the Institut Universitaire Technologie in France.
Omer Carmel, Corporate Vice President, General Manager, novoGI Ltd
 Omer Carmel serves as Corporate Vice President and General Manager for novoGI™ Ltd (formerly NiTi Surgical Solutions Ltd). He brings to the company more than 15 years of experience in managing R&D projects and operational activities. Prior to joining novoGI™ , Omer served in various capacities in a variety of companies including Nuverse Advisors LLC, UltraGuide Ltd, Medical Enterprises Ltd, APPLtec Ltd, and Orbot Instruments.Mr Carmel holds an MBA in Finance from The City University of New York, an MSc in Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science and a BSc in Physics from Tel Aviv University in Israel.
Sharon Koninsky, Corporate Vice President, Chief of Staff
 Sharon Koninsky serves as Corporate Vice President and Chief of Staff for novoGI™ (formerly NiTi Surgical Solutions Inc). She brings to the company over 15 years of experience in General Management and Global Human Resources. Prior to joining the company,Ms Koninsky worked in various companies including Given Imaging Ltd and M.G.D Management Services and Investments Ltd. Ms Koninsky holds an MA in Public Administration and a BA in Social Work from Haifa University. In addition, Sharon Koninsky is a Certified Human Resources Manager from the Technion –Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel.
